Hypothesis
Vinegar will make the Pothos plant grow the fastest.
Abstract
Do different liquids effect the growth of plants? Yes,  because different molecules in the substance might help the plant or disturb it's growth. I think that vinegar will make the Pothos plant grow the fastest. There's acid in the vinegar, but water, too. So a plant, use to acid from rain, wouldn' t be affected and could use the water in the vinegar

First get the Pothos plant labled C, then pour 10ml of vinegar into the pot. In Pothos plant A pour 10ml of the solution of sugar water in the pot. For Pothos plant B pour 10ml of soda pop (Coke) in the pot. Feed A,B,C like that each day,and observe for 5 weeks.

The sugar water didn't affect Plant A. The RC Cola didn't have that much of a effect on Plant B, but it did effect the dirt. The vinegar effected Plant C, and burned 33% of the plant. Vinegar effects the growth of plants, it harmed the Pothos plant.

Materials
1. 6 Lables
2. 3 Pothos plants
3. 3 pots
4. 1 two litter of pop (Coke)
5. a 10 ml tube
6. 3 containers to put each solution in
7. 3 cups vinegar
8. a weekly chart
9. color sticker for each day (optional)
Procedure
1. Take your first labeled Pothos plant and pour 10 ml of vinegar into the pot.
2. Pothos plant #2, pour 10 ml of the solution of sugar water into the pot.
3. Pothos plant #3, pour the solution of soda pop (RC) in the pot.
4.Continue procedure for 5 weeks and observe coloration and growth each day.

Results
Plant A had a brown spot on the leaf, and three new stems sprouted out of the old one.The sugar water had no effect on Plant B: two stem have grew out of each other. There's one cut on the leaf, and there is a really bad stench in the dirt. The RC Cola didn't have that much effect on Plant B. Plant C had burned holes and brown spots on the leafs. It caused the stems too grow towards the ground. The burning is spreading to the stem. The vinegar had an effect on Plant C.

Height Width # of Live to Dead Leaves
Plant A 7in. 8.in 25:0
Plant B 6in. 9in. 19:7
Plant C 1in. 12in. 7:11

Conclusion
Vinegar affects the growth of the pothos plant. My hypothesis was incorrect. It was incorrect because the acid in the vinegar ruined a part of the plant each day. The vinegar has distilled water mixed in it. That&'s why it didn't die in one day. It lead me to believe that vinegar has strong acid content, which is what harmed the plant.
