Some of these projects have been repeated in the classroom for one or more years. Others are new and have never been used. Brief Description: An understanding of the life cycles of stars is fundamental to at least three of the NSES goals for science education: those dealing with understanding the origin of elements, solar system, and galaxies. One of the best ways to learn about the life cyle of stars is to create an H-R diagram of a star cluster.
