Oak Terrace Elementary

Symmetry and Secondary Colors were the focus of this third grade project.  After viewing many photographs of butterflies, students created their own symmetrical butterfly shape from black paper.  Then they mixed their own orange, green and violet from the primary colors.  Details were added with oil pastels.
