Description of Institution
Webster University has provided outstanding higher education to the Chicago area since 1974. Today, Webster University continues to provide residents and military personnel in the region with innovative graduate programs and is preparing students for the global challenges of the 21st century.

Webster University, established in St. Louis, Missouri in 1951, serves students at its home campus and at its worldwide network of more than 70 campuses throughout 16 states; London, England; Vienna, Austria; Leiden, The Netherlands; Geneva, Switzerland; Shanghai, China; and Bermuda. In August 1998, Webster University Thailand will open a new campus in Cha-am. Webster University is a private, not-for-profit institution.

Academic Calendar
There are five nine-week terms per year beginning in January, March, May, August, and October. Classes meet once per week for four hours during the evening or on Saturdays.

Campus Support Services
A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution is required to enroll. Students are accepted on a provisional basis and must complete four courses with grades of "B" or better to be advanced to candidacy. No GRE or GMAT is required.
