The Steering Committee may reserve time blocks for videoconferences, meetings, faculty/student consultation, and
other uses requested during the term. Reserving blocks permits common times to be available for conferences and
meetings which can effectively be conducted over the network, but are not now scheduled.
In order for a maximum number of classes to be carried over the network, the Steering Committee recommends that
evening class sessions be scheduled for approximately:
