Audiovisual materials production
Each sending institution is responsible for providing appropriate audio-visual production support for its faculty.
Photocopying
Each instructor must assume responsibility for knowing the location nearest to the classroom where copying may
be done and the cost of copying. Free copying will not be provided by the receiving institution. (See the individual
institution's section for further information.)
Supplies
Fax paper will be with the room coordinator or in the room, depending upon the institution. All other supplies
are the responsibility of the sending institution.
Student library access
During the term they are enrolled, circulation privileges to library collections will be provided to students in
the interactive video courses/programs at both sending and receiving institutions as outlined in the institutions
individual sections in the appendix. Access to other library services, such as interlibrary loan, electronic full-text
and database services may vary by institution and can be arranged between libraries at the initiation of the sending
institution.
Class lists will be provided to the Learning Resource Center Director/Librarian each semester/quarter.
Student computer access
Student access to computer equipment and software outside the interactive classroom may be arranged between the
sending and receiving institutions.
If access to computer equipment and software is required as part of the curriculum, it is the responsibility of
the sending institution to make arrangements for and/or provide computer equipment and software needed outside
the interactive video classroom.
If an individual student desires access to computer equipment and software for academic purposes, see the individual
institution's procedures for further information.
In all cases, licensing restrictions and availability for primary users may limit access to these resources.
