If any piece of equipment is not functioning properly, call the number posted in the classroom for assistance
from the technician on duty. Each site will have someone available during scheduled times for use of the interactive
video classroom. If the receiving site is not normally open at the time that a course/program is scheduled to be
sent, the sending institution may be asked to pay for the actual, direct expenses associated with the availability
of the site.
The phone number of the technical contact on duty is posted in the classroom and also appears in the "Contact
Phone Numbers at a Glance" at the end of this manual. Click here to access the list.
If the technician is unable to resolve the equipment problem, the technician can call the Tandberg U.S.A, Inc.
HELP Desk at 1-800-889-7440. The HELP Desk can help you with the interactive video equipment, including the cameras,
codec, audio, and VCRs. The local institution supports the computer, the printer and the facsimile machine.
