NEXUS Intro
The Collaboratory NEXUS supports creative collaborations through Internet-based media and communication tools.  It enables participants to share, comment on, discuss, and publish work using text, images, sound, and video.  The Collaboratory Project’s WAM NEXUS is a community for 6-12 grade students and their teachers who are interested in creative writing, visual arts, or music and would benefit from the opportunity to work with an online mentor.  The WAM NEXUS is funded by a grant from the National Educational Computing Association (NECA) now the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Special Projects. (Click here to open a MS Word file to learn about the mentors.)
