About Lekotek Programs:

Lekoteks are often housed in United
Cerebral Palsy Centers, Easter Seal Society Centers, libraries, hospitals,
schools, and community centers.

Lekoteks reach families with children
who have Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism, developmental
delay and other disabilities or developmental vulnerabilities.

Lekoteks throughout the network house
over 50,000 toys, adaptive equipment and electronic play materials, and
5,000 software programs.

Lekoteks are independently funded and
operated.

Lekoteks are staffed by certified Lekotek
Leaders who have backgrounds in child development, special education, or
therapeutic disciplines, and have completed an intensive Lekotek Leader
Training Seminar.
